Its complex and harmonious character, with dominant notes of rocket and raw artichoke, reveals a distinct pepperiness and a slightly bitter edge. Secondary flavours of apple and unripe banana intertwine, leading to a subtly persistent finish of hazelnut and fresh almond notes.
